It is a comprehensive yoga school in Tapovan, Rishikesh. The Yoga Padma 200-Hour Teacher Training program is carefully designed for serious students of yoga who want to deepen their practice as well as for those students who wish to become teachers themselves. At Yoga Padma, diversity is at the heart of our approach to yoga and is evident in our expansive roster of teacher trainings led by quality teachers known for their talents and specialties. Topics include proper alignment, assisting, sequencing, philosophy, anatomy and restorative yoga. Since its founding in 2006, Padma has fostered a warm and friendly community of practitioners of varied persuasions, ages, and levels.
Our Approach
Our Teacher training course offers a unique programme to progress practice effectively. In this way an individual established the three paths, karma, bhakti and jnana. Providing the participants an understanding of the ancient Indian yoga philosophy.
RYT200
Duration: 27 days, 15 Students max. per session Classes from Monday to Saturday. Anyone who interested to study ancient six system of Indian philosophy, to know yourself and deepen their practices, are welcome to our Teacher Training Course

Once accepted, a deposit of 2000INR required to secure a space. The 2000INR deposit will be credited to the total price. The deposit can be paid through PayPal after acceptance.
This Teacher Training will give you a solid foundation, enough
knowledge of Yoga for a lifetime of practice and the skills necessary to
pass these teachings on to others. With the completion of course there will be Yoga Alliance certification of training from our school.

Yoga Teacher Training Certification
This Teacher Training Residential Course is registered
with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 hours level.
Upon graduating as a
certified 200 hours yoga teacher, you will be equipped with the
necessary knowledge, experience and confidence to teach yoga to anyone
regardless of age or condition.
You will get a sound foundation in all
aspects of yoga.
You will also experience tremendous transformation in your life and practice from the teachings and presence of a master.
The Advanced Teacher Training Course is 40 days residential course and is registered with Yoga Alliance as well. It covers 300 hours training. It is open to any student who has completed a 200 hours Teacher Training Course and wants to deepen their knowledge and practice and complete the 500 hours training.
